Our repair services include combustion chamber cracks, cracks in between valve seats, foreign object damage repair, stripped exhaust stud threads, porous coolant jacket leaks, and more.

Price varies based on the specific issue, but your average repair is around $400-$650 plus return shipping.

Cylinder heads are vatted, soda blasted, and stripped as clean as possible before the repair process begins to minimize contaminants. All repairs are fully TIG welded with 5356 welding rod, and subsequently machined back to spec.

All cylinder heads sent to us for repair will need to be estimated upon inspection.

We highly recommend packing heads as best as possible, and insuring them at $1,000.
