What is your return policy?
Defective Products - We accept returns for defective products in terms of quality or workmanship. If we are responsible, we’ll cover shipping costs and the return, at no re-stocking fee
Buyer’s Remorse - We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for buyer’s remorse. There is a 20% re-stocking fee, and you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges. Some drop-ship vendors we work with also have re-stocking fees, which will also be accounted for in your final return amount.
Special & Custom Order Parts - Unfortunately some special order parts are non-returnable, or non-refundable due to the nature of special order and custom order parts. These are dealt with on a case by case basis. In some instances where we will accept a return, there is a 30% re-stocking fee, and the same shipping and vendor re-stock pass through fees apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, this is a commonly asked question. We ship anywhere in the world, but our free-shipping does not apply outside of the lower 48 United States, so you will be billed for any additional shipping charges via PayPal.

Placing an International Order - Add the products to your cart, for shipping you will select “Local Pickup”. Process the order as normal, and once we get everything here, boxed up and weighed, we will send you a subsequent PayPal invoice for the final shipping charges.
DISCLAIMER - Our shipping quotes do not reflect any taxes, customs fees, or tariffs levied by your home country. We also DO NOT set a lower declared value on customs forms. This is international tax and customs fraud, and we will not take part in it, so don’t ask.
What kind of warranty does my purchase have?
We carry a wide variety of products, so if it is not a GRW branded product, please inquire with us and we can provide you with any manufacturer’s warranty documentation upon request.
GRW BRANDED PRODUCTS - Unless otherwise stated, most of our products will carry a 1 Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is non-transferrable, and there are several exclusions, which can be found in the link below.
How do I reset my account password?
Unfortunately this is a bit of a process, but is still possible if you follow these exact steps.
Add products to your cart, and proceed to check-out as a guest
Complete the check-out process, you will be prompted to sign in after you have completed your purchase as a guest.
In this sign in prompt, you should now see Forgot My Password or Reset My Password
